Hydration keeps the skin taught, healthy and smooth. Moisturizers contain a blend of oils and waters. The oil element creates a protective barrier that locks in moisture. Applying a hydrating toning water to the skin followed by a good moisturizer tightens pores, removes cleaner residue and increases the hydration levels of the skin. “This product is how I found SOLUM&HERBE, through an internet search for Queen of Hungary Water.
