Hydrosols are fragrant distilled waters that carry the properties of the plants used in the distillation process. All our toners and splashes are made from hydrosols. We never use alcohol or alcohol based astringents in any of our products.

The white under sides of the leaves of Artemisia shimmer in the moonlight thus its association with dreams and intuition as well as artistic pursuits and creativity, that which happens unseen and ‘in the dark’.

Mugwort herb has been used traditionally for protection and magic. The leaves are bitter and aromatic enhancing digestion when used in small amounts. Feminine conditions such as menstrual cramps and menopause benefit from Artemisia; although it is not to be used internally during pregnancy as its stimulating and warming properties may interfere with the pregnancy. The herb oil used topically warms and stimulates the circulation when used for massage and has traditionally been used to calm tremors.

ROSE ELIXIR 2 Oz A drop of Pure Rose to instill the heart with passion, infuse the soul with love and sweeten every moment.

We harvest rose petals at the peak of the summer season and drop them into pure naturally sweet glycerine. The glycerine draws the rose compounds from the flower petals and holds them suspended in a preserved state. As the months pass the clear glycerine gradually turns a deep rosy color. You can add a dropper to a small glass of water to impart a sweet taste to your daily hydration. Or add Elderberry Cordial to holiday drinks to infuse a classic cocktail with elderberry tanginess.
