Hydration keeps the skin taught, healthy and smooth. Moisturizers contain a blend of oils and waters. The oil element creates a protective barrier that locks in moisture. Applying a hydrating toning water to the skin followed by a good moisturizer tightens pores, removes cleaner residue and increases the hydration levels of the skin.

Hydrosols are fragrant distilled waters that carry the properties of the plants used in the distillation process. All our toners and splashes are made from hydrosols. We never use alcohol or alcohol based astringents in any of our products.

Ylang Ylang, which means ‘flower of flowers’, is a tropical intensely floral scented flower from the tree Cananga odora also known as, the Perfume Tree. Sweet and fragrant Ylang Ylang essential oil scents this soap of vegetable oils, Pink Kaolin clay and Calendula flower petals. In Aromatherapy the scent is calming and mood lifting. In skin care it has a balancing effect on both oily and dry complexions.

Made from organic seed and nut oils and herbal infusions we only use pure essential oils for scent. MALTA`S CREAM MALTA'S CREAM combines a blend of herbal extracts, rich seed & nut oils and nature's clay to soothe scrapes, blemishes, burns, abrasions, sunburns, rashes, itchy spots, dry skin and well, everything else. This soothing cream brings gentle relief right away. Malta's Cream comes in three sizes; 1 oz, 2 oz and 4 oz.

And there’s a story behind this cream and the name Malta. Malta belonged to the four-legged group of earth beings, more specifically of the bovine group. She was a well-loved school cow. Malta lived permanently on a school farm in Santa Rosa California where a multitude of children, a dedicated farmer and an entire community of people cared for her. One day she got caught on a barbed wire fence and tore her flesh. The wound wouldn’t heal. The worried farmer called the vet who cleaned the wound and administered ointments but it just did not get better.

As members of the community and dedicated fans of Malta, we volunteered to create an ointment in the hopes of speeding her recovery and relieving her suffering. We created a cream made from clay to draw out the problem; aloe to sooth the area and herbal oils to stimulate tissue improvement. The wound got better and the area was left as good as new. Malta has since made the journey to the greenest pasture in the sky after a long life with exceptionally good skin but her legacy remains in this cream named after her.

Since its creation and success, many people, and animals, have enjoyed Malta’s cream and its soothing effects. Add a little Malta’s Cream where ever relief is needed on heat burns, sunburn, skin rashes and irritations, blemishes, insect bites, animal scratches, poison ivy and poison oak, sore muscles, overworked hands and dry skin.

Our Digestive Bitters have proven themselves to be an excellent natural sleep aid when taken before going to bed.
