QUEEN OF HUNGARY’S WATER 4 oz QUEEN OF HUNGARY’S WATER A Toner for all skin types, is made from a variety of herbs macerated in a Witch hazel hydrosol and blended with Organic Orange Flower Water. It is toning to the skin, refreshing and able to normalize the pH of the skin’s protective acid mantle. It is excellent used with our ROSE FACIAL OIL for toning and cleansing, on rosacea and for hydration.

Hydration is very important for maintaining the moisture content of the skin. Drinking plenty of water each day and applying waters in the form of Hydrosol sprays or toners will help maintain the natural moisture in the complexion. Hydrosols are fragrant, therapeutic, anti microbial and carry the healing properties of the plant from which they are distilled. CALENDULA SALVE 1 oz Calendula is an excellent herb to treat skin injuries including cuts, irritations, wounds, varicosities, rashes, insect bites, burns, dry skin and swellings. Extracts of Calendula have been shown to stimulate circulation in the skin and can help support the treatment of varicosities and phlebitis. The herb’s action is exceptionally gentle as well as effective and is useful for treating and healing diaper rash and cradle cap.
Calendula flowers are fungicidal as well as being antiseptic, antibacterial and astringent and contain many healing compounds; including saponins, carotenoids, lycopine, essential oil, a bitter principle, sterols, flavonoids, resin, mucilage, triterpene glycosides, aglycones, vitamin A and vitamin C.

Calendula flower essence carries warmth and healing energies while Arnica flower essence helps to release trauma in injured tissue. Angelica essence provides a sense of protection and inner strength to aid the healing process.

Mugwort herb has been used traditionally for protection and magic. The leaves are bitter and aromatic enhancing digestion when used in small amounts. Feminine conditions such as menstrual cramps and menopause benefit from Artemisia; although it is not to be used internally during pregnancy as its stimulating and warming properties may interfere with the pregnancy. The herb oil used topically warms and stimulates the circulation when used for massage and has traditionally been used to calm tremors.
