ROSE FACIAL OIL ½ oz ROSE FACIAL OIL is a light and concentrated combination of oils and herbal extracts that protect and nourish the skin and the complexion. Our FACIAL OIL is designed to support the lipid balance in the cells of the face and neck area to protect against a premature ageing process.
ROSE FACIAL OIL is suitable for all complexions. A small drop will nourish the skin cells with nutrients suitable to their make up while healing and toning the tissues and underlying structure of the skin. So-called ‘oily’ complexions can also benefit from this product. Massaged into the complexion with our toners, it will have the effect of calming the sebaceous glands slowing down the production of sebum, the source of the oil. All of our oils are organic and unrefined so as to make Nature’s healing potential available to the cells.

QUEEN OF HUNGARY’S WATER 4 oz QUEEN OF HUNGARY’S WATER A Toner for all skin types, is made from a variety of herbs macerated in a Witch hazel hydrosol and blended with Organic Orange Flower Water. It is toning to the skin, refreshing and able to normalize the pH of the skin’s protective acid mantle. It is excellent used with our ROSE FACIAL OIL for toning and cleansing, on rosacea and for hydration.
Hydration is very important for maintaining the moisture content of the skin. Drinking plenty of water each day and applying waters in the form of Hydrosol sprays or toners will help maintain the natural moisture in the complexion. Hydrosols are fragrant, therapeutic, anti microbial and carry the healing properties of the plant from which they are distilled. SOLUM&HERBE’s toners and splashes are hydrosol based and do not contain alcohol.
Note: Please enjoy the freshness and uniqueness of our Queen of Hungary’s Water. The scent will vary slightly by season and availability of the herbs however its healing powers will always be present. Herbs we use are Roses, Calendula, Lavender, Sage, Violets, Chamomile, Yarrow, Comfrey, Cleavers, Chickweed, Rosemary, English Daisy, Lemon Balm, Self Heal, Elder Flowers and Plantain.

Hydrosols, sometimes called distillates, and hydrolates, are the water portion of the distillation of plants for the production of essential oils. The distillate water, hydrosol, is the water that has carried the essential oil of the plant through the distillation process, the vehicle of extraction. At the end of the distillation process the essential oil floats on the surface of the distillate water and is separated to be used separately.
