This year our elderberry bushes produced an abundant crop of glossy black berries. As berries go, elderberries are not very sweet and could be considered medicinal tasting. To make our cordial we combined our elderberries with our own rose glycerin extract and some grain alcohol to make a slightly sweet-tasting cordial packed with all the beneficial properties of elderberries. You can add a dropper to a small glass of water to impart a sweet taste to your daily hydration. Or add Elderberry Cordial to holiday drinks to infuse a classic cocktail with elderberry tanginess. Shampoo Castor Oil based liquid shampoo will clean and condition the hair without the chemical ingredients found in many shampoos. This shampoo is minimally lathering but excellent in cleaning. You will need to shampoo less often than with a commercial shampoo.
