Our ROSE SPLASH is excellent for use on skin of all types where it will tone and regulate the natural processes of the skin. Hydration is very important for maintaining the moisture content of the skin. Drinking plenty of water each day and applying waters in the form of Hydrosol sprays or toners will help maintain the natural moisture in the complexion. Hydrosols are fragrant and carry the beneficial properties of the plant from which they are distilled. SOLUM&HERBE’s toners and splashes are hydrosol based and do not contain alcohol.
