DIGESTIVE BITTERS Natural Sleep Aid 2 oz
DIGESTIVE BITTERS for Sleep and Good Digestion. Our Digestive Bitters have proven themselves to be an excellent natural sleep aid when taken before going to bed. The Bitters have helped customers who have had difficulty falling asleep for years and it helps improve their digestion as a side benefit. If you have problems sleeping and are longing for a good nights’ rest we recommend a dropper, about 3ml to 5 ml, with water. The Bitters are also useful if you have eaten or drunk too much and will jump-start the digestive process making you more comfortable and helping sleep.
A modern busy life or the onset of the menopausal process can upset the metabolic system and make falling asleep at night difficult. DIGESTIVE BITTERS help encourage sleep by shifting the body from the thinking, or mind pole where wakefulness resides to the metabolic, or digestive pole, which encourages the body to give up the day and go to sleep.
Digestive Bitters come in a two-ounce dropper bottle in Brandy or a non-alcohol version in glycerin. Our Bitters are made with organic Gentian root and organic Cardamom in both brandy and vegetable glycerin or glycerin (vegetable) and distilled water. Taking a dropper full with water and a little bit to eat, one or two crackers, at bedtime can help encourage sleep and sweet dreams.
