Waters Toners Splashes

Herbal Skin Clear contains: Witch hazel hydrosol, with extracts of fresh Roses, Calendula, Violet leaves, Rosemary, Lavender, Sage, Yarrow, Ladies Mantle, Bergamot mint, Elder flowers, Sage, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, with Flower Essences Self Heal, Pretty Face, Magnolia, ecil Brunner and Apothecary Rose.
LAVENDER SPLASH 2 oz LAVENDER SPLASH is a balancer of skin and complexion. LAVENDER SPLASH made with our own organically grown lavender extracted in witch hazel and bottled with organic Lavender hydrosol. The witch hazel is lightly astringent making the Splash a perfect toner and the sweet lavender extract and hydrosol are calming and soothing.

It is soothing and calming having applications similar to its essential oil and can be used for treating burns, irritations, and skin conditions like eczema. The Splash would be great for use traveling, with children in need of a calming spritz, or refreshing in hot weather. There is no alcohol it this toner.

Hydrosols, sometimes called distillates, and hydrolates, are the water portion of the distillation of plants for the production of essential oils. The distillate water, hydrosol, is the water that has carried the essential oil of the plant through the distillation process, the vehicle of extraction. At the end of the distillation process the essential oil floats on the surface of the distillate water and is separated to be used separately. These distillate waters are useful in the care of the skin and body. They are excellent for use in hydrating the complexion, for lifting a mood, refreshing us while traveling or on a hot day. Hydrosols slightly acidic properties help to preserve the complexion’s acid mantle.

LAVENDER SPLASH contains extracts of pure organic Washington State grown Lavender, witch hazel distillate and organic Lavender hydrosol, a distillate.
QUEEN OF HUNGARY’S WATER 4 oz QUEEN OF HUNGARY’S WATER A Toner for all skin types, is made from a variety of herbs macerated in a Witch hazel hydrosol and blended with Organic Orange Flower Water. It is toning to the skin, refreshing and able to normalize the pH of the skin’s protective acid mantle. It is excellent used with our ROSE FACIAL OIL for toning and cleansing, on rosacea and for hydration.

Hydration is very important for maintaining the moisture content of the skin. Drinking plenty of water each day and applying waters in the form of Hydrosol sprays or toners will help maintain the natural moisture in the complexion. Hydrosols are fragrant, therapeutic, anti microbial and carry the healing properties of the plant from which they are distilled. SOLUM&HERBE’s toners and splashes are hydrosol based and do not contain alcohol.

Note: Please enjoy the freshness and uniqueness of our Queen of Hungary’s Water. The scent will vary slightly by season and availability of the herbs however its healing powers will always be present. Herbs we use are Roses, Calendula, Lavender, Sage, Violets, Chamomile, Yarrow, Comfrey, Cleavers, Chickweed, Rosemary, English Daisy, Lemon Balm, Self Heal, Elder Flowers and Plantain.

Storage: Replace cap with Atomizer spray when using the toner. For long-term storage or shipping use the cap as the bottle with the atomizer will leak if on its side.

The term Verbenone designates a chemotype of Rosemary that is particularly good for regenerative skin care. Use on devitalized skin in need of enlivening and for hair and scalp care. Use as an after-shave, for treating acne and blemishes, and for toning devitalized complexions.

Herbal Skin Clear is the witch hazel herbal base for our Queen of Hungary`s Water which has some organic Orange Flower water added to sweeten this already wonderful smelling herbal mix. The Rose Splash is a combination of red Roses in witch hazel hydrosol and organic Bulgarian Rose Water.
